Medicare and Medicaid do not cover our home care services. Medicare only provides limited, skilled home health services with very specific criteria. Q5. Why wouldn’t I just put an ad in the paper and find someone on my own?

Working with RCM affords you several major advantages. First, we are a vendored and insured California Independent Living Services company, offering you a great deal of protection. If something should happen to one of our caregivers while on the job, we provide worker’s compensation insurance. Anyone we send out to you is an employee of the company. We complete payroll, deducting the proper taxes, so you do not get in trouble with the IRS. You may even be able to deduct these expenses as medical care, which you could not do if you were not properly following tax rules.

We also supervise our caregivers; deal with scheduling and backup if a caregiver is sick or unable to make it to work. We relieve you and your family members of a great deal of stress and headaches trying to manage caregivers on your own. In addition, all of our employees are thoroughly screened, trained, and complete a thorough background check.
